Likewise, we represent the interests of sureties, joint obligors, or counter-guarantors, in claims, special bond trials or even after these, with the purpose of opposing the action attempted for the collection of the guarantees by the beneficiary of the related policy or the surety company.<\/span><\/p>

On the other hand, we advise and carry out the necessary actions to achieve the cancellation of the bond policies that remain in force without need, as well as of the encumbrances to which the goods granted as guarantee before the bonding companies by the sureties, joint obligors or counter-guarantors have been subject to.<\/span><\/p>
